Description
The Port Austin Welcome Center is located in front of the Port Austin State Harbor.
The welcome center is stocked with many brochures about the area along with a user-friendly kiosk, and bulletin boards posting local flyers. There are public restrooms, WiFi, meeting room with kitchenette available for meetings and or rent for private parties/showers. There may be a friendly staff member on site to answer questions and give personal recommendations, if not, please feel free to help yourself.
Check out the Port Austin Lighthouse model, plus a monitor with a live cam directed at the lighthouse.
Hours of operation: 7 days, 9am to 7 pm
*During the summer it is usually open earlier (5am on Saturdays) and closes later, usually 10pm
*Manned M-W-F-Sat 9am to 1pm
