East China Township Park & Dog Park is located at M-29 and Recor Road and is a fun spot for kids, adults and dogs!
With 81 grassy acres, the park provides an area for fresh air, sports activities and fun time. Several pavilions, a great wooden play-scape and playground provide an ideal area for picnics and family gatherings. The wooded area includes walking trails. A paved bike path, which is part of the Bridge to Bay Trail, winds through the park.
The steep sledding hill, also know as the Edison Hill, is a wonderful spot for winter fun.
Baseball, softball fields and soccer fields are also on the property as well as a dog park.
Dog Park: This is a place for your dog to run, play and socialize with other dogs. Situated near the parking lot by the bike path. The dog park includes about 2 acres with a six-foot high, chain-linked fence surrounding the area.
