Convenience is important

The Convention Center is located an hour from Detroit and Flint airports at a Canadian international border crossing where 194 & 169 meet. Arrive by air, land or sea for a small-town charm feel with big city amenities.   

There are over 900 hotels nearby with a variety of accommodation options like waterfront views, attached to the Convention Center, near downtown to having close proximity to the express-way. 

Blue Water Area Transit provides a regularly-scheduled bus service 6 days a week around Port Huron & Fort Gratiot with an additional car service to other communities. Our team can also set you up with privately chartered bus service or trolley to explore the city.

If you want to be outdoors you can take a scenic walk from the Great Lakes Maritime Center along the Blue Water River Walk, tour over 50 points of interest on the Blue Water Trolley, cruise the shoreline with Huron Lady II and explore beaches within walking distance.

If you would rather be inside, browse unique boutiques on Historic Military Street in Downtown Port Huron, experience passionate performances at live theaters, or visit the oldest working lighthouse in Michigan, Fort Gratiot Lighthouse.
