The Port Huron and Detroit Railroad Historical Society celebrates Port Huron’s history as a vital international transport center, the city’s struggle to overcome the economic depression and the courage and resourcefulness of those that rode the rails seeking work and adventure.

Friday evening kicks off the Fest with the traditional lighting of the campfire at 7:00 pm, acoustic music, and our annual movie night. 

Saturday the FUN begins at 10:00 AM. Acoustic music provided by some of the area's finest musicians, children's games, SPAM Carving and more. Camp will close with the traditional extinguishing of the campfire at 4 pm. 

Please bring lawn chairs and dress casually according to the weather.

Hobo Fest is a FREE family friendly, educational event that gathers people together of all ages to experience the life and adventures of the hobo.
